成都市空巢老人生活及健康状况的调查研究

采用多阶段抽样调查法对成都市六个主要城区(青羊区、锦江区、武侯区、成华区、金牛区、高新区)的300名空巢老人进行问卷调查,了解成都市空巢老人的生活及健康状况。成都市绝大多数空巢老人的月生活费用都在1000元以上;子女看望的实际时间与老人们的期望值存在偏差,空巢的主要原因与子女的生活习惯不同;空巢老人的身体状况大都不容乐观,且困扰空巢老人的主要问题是孤单。社会特别是子女应给予空巢老人更多的物质和精神上的关爱;社会对老年人的社区护理工作有待进一步完善,以通过多种途径缓解空巢老人的孤独感。

A Survey Research of the Life & Health Status of Chengdu's Empty-nesters

The multi-stage sampling survey of 300 empty nesters in six major urban districts(Qingyang,Jinjiang,Wuhou,Chenghua,Jinniu,and the High-tech Zone) of Chengdu has been carried out to obtain a clear picture of the life and health status of empty nesters in Chengdu,showing that the monthly cost of living of the vast majority of empty nesters is more than 1000 yuan each;there is the deviation between the actual time the children pay for the visiting and the expected duration of the old people;the main reason for the empty nest lies in their different habits from those of their children;many of them are in poor physical condition;the main problem is that they are worried about being left alone.The society,especially the children should take more material and spiritual care of empty-nesters and the community care for the elderly should be further improved to ease the loneliness of the empty nesters through a variety of means.
