"管理学在中国"研究的理论反思与实践探索——第2届"管理学在中国"学术研讨会综述

第2届“管理学在中国”学术研讨会的研讨内容可分为3个方面：①对“管理学在中国”研究的理论反思；②“管理学在中国”的实践探索，包括中国企业管理实践模式和战略管理实践等问题的研究；③“管理学在中国”的理论体系建构。本届研讨会的学术特色为：逐渐向解决中国实际管理问题聚焦；平等、热情与自信的学术对话；更加开放的学术视野。在研究的前瞻与期盼方面，要有研究中国实际问题的切实行动；进一步营造宽松自由的学术环境，鼓励采用那些适合于原创性知识形成的研究方法：加强“管理学在中国”的国际学术交流等。

Review of the 2nd Symposium on 'The Study of Management in China':Theoretical Introspection and Practical Exploration

The topic of 'The 2nd symposium on Management in China' can be divided into three aspects:The first is the introspection on the study of 'Management in China'; the second is the practice of 'Management in China', including the model of Chinese Entrepreneurs' management practice, strategic management practices and other issues; the third is the construction on the theory of 'Management in China'. Its features are that it has an equal, passionate and confident dialogue on the issue, explores more opening-up academic horizon and leads to the related research focus on the Chinese practical management problems. We argue that scholars and experts should do the research in the Chinese practical management problems and take actions, gradually construct loose and free academic environment, use new research methods which facilitates the formulation of creative knowledge, pay enough attention to the academic norms and principles and strengthen the international communication on 'Management in China'.
