人口老龄化对城乡统筹发展的影响与对策探析

城镇化加速人口老龄化，人口老龄化影响城镇化进程。在人口老龄化和城镇化交织影响下，我国农村人口老龄化发展迅速，其老龄化水平远高于城镇，这将给我国新农村建设、农村社会保障、城乡协调发展等方面带来不同程度的冲击和挑战。应该按照城乡发展一体化要求，积极推进适应人口老龄化的新型城镇化，培育新型农业发展方式，推进以城支农的新农村建设，统筹城乡就业以改善农村老年人从事经济活动的条件。

Analysis of the Impact and the Countermeasures of Population Aging on Coordinated Urban-Rural Development

Urbanization accelerates aging population and ageing effects urbanization too. During the process of ageing and urban- ization,the aging population developed rapidly in rural China and its degree of aging population is more serious than the aging population in urban China,which will give the new countryside construction,rural social security,and other aspects of urban and rural coordinated development of various degrees impact and challenges. Some countermeasures should be taken in line with the need to balance urban and rural development such as actively promoting new-type urbanization with the adaptation of the aging society, encouraging new agricultural development mode, advancing the new rural construction with the city supporting the rural and balancing urban and rural employment in order to improve conditions for older persons engaged in economic activities.
