| Abstract: | Sherwood Anderson is an important writer in American literary history,whose short story Death in the Woods is known to be a masterpiece.This paper,from the perspective of stylistics,makes a study of this story and reveals the potential relationship between its content and language form in the hope of having a better understanding of the novel and the writing techniques of the author. |
