| 摘 要： | 农村公共文化服务体系的基本内涵是指:满足农村公民公共文化需求,保障农村公民基本文化权利的公共文化产品生产和服务体系.其构成内容主要包括:农村公共文化服务的主体和对象;农村公共文化产品与服务的内容和提供方式;农村公共文化基础设施;农村公共文化服务的人才队伍;农村公共文化服务的资金投入机制.完善的农村公共文化服务体系,还需要合理的制度、健全的政策法规和有效的监督机制的支持和保障.
