| 摘 要： | 能否依靠技术创新为增长源泉对我国持续健康发展已至关重要,但作为技术创新主体的大多数企业却创新动力不足。其中既有企业自身的原因,也有外部市场、政策环境的因素。针对这些原因,企业技术创新动力的对策需从企业层面和政府层面入手。
