| Abstract: | The main problems in current faculty's ideological and political work and their causes at colleges and universities are analyzed. It is put forward to firmly fostering the conception that marxism is truth, to enhance the conception of efficacy of ideological and political education, to establish the conception of trusting the masses and depending on the masses, as well as to ensure unshakable confidence for the successful undertaking of faculty's ideological and political work. Accordingly new approaches are explored to improve the practical results of faculty's ideological and political work. |
