Guangxi young migrant workers from rural areas are a large group consisting of 6.25 million people.These young workers have gone out to work in other cities or towns for the purposes of enriching their knowledge and experience,mastering the skills and accumulating funds.By working for a period of time,most of them have achieved their purposes.However,they have met and will meet with all sorts of difficulties and problems in the process of their work.So the government should set up special organs,know and solve their difficulties and problems,and create a favorable social environment for respecting the migrant workers from rural areas,in order to provide them with better assistance and service.
