谭嗣同唯科学主义思想述评

中国近代思想家对西方近代自然科学的认识,经历过由“技”到“学”再到“道”的三个主要阶段。谭嗣同将西方自然科学中的“以太”概念,提升到世界本体层面,并赋予近代自然科学以资产阶级政治哲学的普遍意义,从而表现出唯科学主义倾向。谭氏的唯科学主义思想集中反映了他的科学理性精神,具有反封建专制主义和蒙昧主义的思想启蒙意义,但其中又夹杂着主观的宗教神秘主义因素。

On the Pan-Sciencism of Tan Sitong

The modern thinkers had an understanding of the western natural science with three stages of technology, theory and Dao. Tan Sitong changed ether in western science of nature into the scope of noumenon, and confered the modern science of nature on the universal meaning of the bourgeois political philosophy, which reflected Tan's Pan-Sciencism.Tan's Pan-Sciencism showed his spirit of scientific reason with the enlightenment sense of Anti-feudalism and Anti-obscurantism,but it mingled with the religious mysticism.
