论大学生民族精神的弘扬和培育

弘扬和培育大学生的民族精神具有十分重要的现实意义。经济全球化导致的文化全球化的发展,大学生"网上冲浪"的普遍趋势,市场经济的负面影响,宣传思想领域的杂音,影响着大学生民族精神的弘扬和培育。弘扬和培育大学生的民族精神要坚持"立党为公、执政为民"宗旨,使中国共产党始终成为代表民族精神的旗帜;坚持"与时俱进"的原则,不断创造具有时代特征的民族精神;坚持利用重大活动和突发性事件以及典型人物的积极效应;坚持把民族精神教育纳入高校精神文明建设的全过程,形成教育体系;坚持建设好"网上的民族精神家园",不断占领新阵地。

On Developing and Cultivating College students' Ethos

It has realistic significant meaning to develop and cultivate college students' ethos. The following elements influence the developing and cultivating college students' ethos: the development of cultural globalization resulted by economic globalization, the popular tendency of going to the internet, the negative effect of the market economy and the government action of integrity and the cacophony in the field of thought, etc. To develop and cultivate the college students' ethos, we should insist on the tenet of "establishing the Party for the people" and always make the Communist Party of China become the banner representing the ethos. We should insist on the principle of "keeping with the time" and create the ethos with characteristics of time. We should insist on making use of the active effects of the important activities, breaking event and representative persons. The education of ethos should be included into the whole process of college civilization building and form an education system and build an "internet home of ethos" and take possession of the new fields.
