| 摘 要： | 高职校园文化和企业文化都是社会文化,都是管理与氛围的文化,二者可以相互促进,共同发展。通过产学合作,把优秀的企业文化引到校园,融入教学实践中,使校企文化有机融合,真正实现高职教育人才培养目标,为陕西地方经济建设服务。
