摘    要:以拟薄水铝石为原料,HNO3为胶溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得稳定的γ-AlOOH溶胶,分别添加La、Y、Nd、Pr、Ce等稀土氧化物,对蜂窝陶瓷载体进行表面涂层,再以CuO-CeO2为活性组分制得催化剂.利用色谱流动反应法、H2-TPR以及XRD对其性能及结构进行了测试,结果表明,添加La2O3、Y2O3、Ce2O3的催化剂比不添加任何稀土氧化物的催化剂的活性好,且添加Y2O3后催化剂的选择性在175℃时仍能达到90%.

Abstract:γ-Al2O3 sol is prepared by applying the sol-gel method with γ-AlOOH as the raw material and HNO3 as the dispergator.La2O3,Y2O3,Nd2O3,Pr6O11,Ce2O3 are added respectively to the sol and,correspondingly,catalysts with different additives are produced.The prepared γ-Al2O3 sol will be used as a coating modifier for the porous ceramic substrate.The active component of the catalyst is CuO-CeO2.Performance and structure of the catalyst are studied by means of H2-TPR and XRD and through the test of activity.Results show that the addition of La2O3,Y2O3,Ce2O3 can improve the activity of the catalyst,and that the addition of Y2O3 to γ-Al2O3 sol can increase the selectivity of the catalyst,which achieves 90% even when the temperature reaches 175 ℃.
