| 摘 要： | 小微企业的创新优势是推进自主创新和建设创新型国家的重要支撑.针对小微企业创新发展面临的现实困难,大胆探索金融创新、保障小微企业开展创新活动,搭建技术服务平台、支持小微企业开展技术创新,建立人才服务机制、协助小微企业聘用高级专门人才,发挥政策导向作用、帮助小微企业构建市场体系,是进一步发挥小微企业创新优势的基本保障.

| Abstract: | Innovation advantages of small and micro enterprises （SME） have been the significant base for ad- vancing independent innovation and building an innovative country. In terms of the realistic problems that the SMEs are facing, we need to explore financial innovation bravely, to guarantee the innovative activities of the SMEs, to forge platforms for technical services, to build talents service mechanism, to help the SMEs employ senior experts and talents, to help establish market system with favorable government policies, so as to safeguard the innovation advantages of the SMEs. |
