现代性视域中的技术风险

现代性是现代化的表征,人类对现代性的追求与技术的发展密不可分。在现代化进程中,由于人类对技术理性的过分张扬,使人类面临巨大的风险,导致风险社会的来临。为了有效地防治技术风险,我们必须树立技术风险意识、强化技术主体的伦理责任、建立有效的技术风险管理机制、进一步规范技术的运用、加强技术风险治理的国际合作,使技术能够更好地为人类社会的发展服务。

Technical Risk from the Perspective of Modernity

The modernity is the modernized attribute.Human’s pursuit of modernity and technology development are inseparable.Because of much publicity of technical rationality,human being is facing huge risks in the process of modernization,which causes the risk society oncoming.In order to effectively control technical risks,we must establish technical risk awareness,strengthen the ethical responsibility of the technology subject,establish effective mechanism of risk management,further standardize the use of technology,and enhance international cooperation of technology risk governance so that technology can better serve the development of human society.
