地方政府无缝隙服务研究

摘    要:传统政府服务模式已不能满足当今逐渐兴起的顾客导向社会的顾客需求,“一站式”服务是“无缝隙服务”的具体实践形式,它能降低顾客成本,为顾客提供满意服务。为落实科学发展观并为民提供便利服务,须从实际出发,分别在发达地区、较发达地区、偏远山区的地方基层实行“电子政府‘一站式’服务”、“集中办公、现场办公‘一站式’服务”和“流动政府‘一站式’服务”。

Abstract:Traditional mode of government services cannot meet the demands of this society which is increasingly customer-oriented, and "one-stop service", a form of seamless service, comes to rise, which cart reduce customer costs and provide customers with satisfaction. In order to implement the scientific concept of development and serve people well, it's necessary to provide "one-stop e-government services", "centralized on-site one-stop services" and "mobile one-stop government services" for the people in developed regions, less developed regions, and remote areas, respectively.
