A Study on Reforming Talents Cultivation Pattern and Fostering Students' Innovation Abilities

With the rapid development of society,economy and science and technology,it's imperative to re-examine talents cultivation pattern and deepen our knowledge about its definition, structure and characteristics. As the result of planned economy,the professional talents cultivation pattern and the test-oriented education have been out of date,thus they must be reformed.The coming of knowledge economy,the need for national development and basic value orientation of schools call for innovative talents.Therefore we must identify the charateristics of our times and follow educational rules so as to establish innovative talents cultivation pattern and foster students' innovation abilities in accordance with the demands of educational development and our national situation.
