| Abstract: | The core of colleges and universities lies in the library.Library is the soul,the mind and the engine.The establishers and the rebuilders are required to take the site-chosen,designing,decoration,book-collection,academic exchange,etc.,into careful consideration in order to build ideal human environment of the library in colleges and universities. |
