浅谈我国农村土地冲突的化解途径

随着我国工业化和城市化进程的不断加快,农村土地冲突频频显现,若不采取合理的措施化解这一问题,将会严重影响我国经济社会的稳定发展。而明确界定农村土地产权是合理化解农村土地冲突的前提。在确权颁证明确产权的基础上,完善土地流转、土地征收流程,设计科学、合理的土地补偿费标准,探索"土地换社保"和以非诉讼调解为主、诉讼为辅的调解方式,这些措施不仅从法律、制度、实际操作层面解决了农村土地冲突,而且也消除了失地农民的后顾之忧。
