摘    要:随着信息技术的飞速发展和社会的不断进步,利用计算机、通讯网络等手段实现就业指导和就业服务的信息化已经成为趋势和十分紧迫的任务。当前,高校在运用信息化手段开展大学生就业指导工作中还存在手段不全、效率不高、效果不明显、指导不全面等问题。高校应在对信息化手段需求分析的基础上,明确信息化手段运用的基本原则,完善信息化运用的手段,充分发挥信息化手段在大学生就业工作中的运用,为大学生的就业和创业提供更有效的帮助。

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology and advance of the society, it has been a trend and an urgent task to achieve the IT in career guidance and service by computer and communication network. Currently, there still have been some problems at universities and colleges in employing the IT method to implement vocational counseling among the undergraduates, such as the insufficient methods, inefficiency, unobvious effects, incomplete guidance and so forth. Based on the analysis of the demand in informatization, it is essential to specify the fundamental principles, optimize the measures and make the IT application fully performed so as to provide better help in their employment and entrepreneurship promotion.
