| 摘 要： | 本文针对知识服务业的特点,从知识管理角度分析知识共享在其服务过程中的重要性以及知识共享的障碍。在理论上给出知识共享机制模型,并从组织、文化、激励机制和技术等方面进行建构。完善了知识服务业中知识共享问题的研究,为提高其服务的质量和效率提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyzes the importance and obstacle of knowledge sharing based on the features of knowledge-based service industry in terms of knowledge management. It provides knowledge sharing mechanism model in theory construction from the respects of organization,culture,motivation mechanism and technology,etc.The paper perfects the research of knowledge management in Knowledge-based service industry and offers helpful references for the improvement of service quality and efficiency. |
