| 摘 要： | 针对分析化学课程教材及分析化学课程教学中有关化学计算存在的问题,在教学中应用"等物质的量反应规则",针对性地提出了在任何化学反应计算中应根据该化学反应中的计量关系来选择"基本单元",并提出了"等物质的量反应规则"在分析化学中滴定分析计算、重量分析计算和仪器分析计算三方面的具体规则及应用的修正与补充意见。 |

| Abstract: | In respect to the problems of chemical calculation in the teaching and textbooks of analytical chemistry, the reaction rule of equivalent amount of substance is proposed to apply into the teaching process. It is held that the basic unit should be chosen on the basis of metrological relation in the calculation of all chemical reactions. Besides, some constructive suggestions for the revision and application of the rule are put forward from the following three aspects: the titrimetric analytical calculation, gravimetric calculation and instrumental calculation. |
