| 摘 要： | 为了解大学生心理资本状况及其规律，应用自编大学生心理资本问卷，对北京市3所高校的672名大学生进行了调查。调查结果发现:(1)大学生心理资本现状良好，总分及各维度呈现出明显中等偏上的水平。(2)大学生心理资本总分及各维度得分年级差异显著，且存在一定的发展规律，大一及研究生的心理资本水平明显高于大四学生；大一至大四逐年下降，大四到达最低点，研究生阶段又逐年回升。(3)从心理资本的维度来看存在性别与专业差异:男生的自我效能水平显著高于女生，感恩水平显著低于女生；文科学生的自我效能与韧性水平显著低于理科与工科学生。(4)大学生心理资本总分在性别、城乡、独生子女及家庭社会经济地位等方面未呈现明显差异。
