| 摘 要： | 网络教育是我国高等教育信息化的重要组成部分，为了对网络在线学习的学生的学习能力进行评价，以北京邮电大学网络教育学院的网络教学平台为例，在充分分析学习能力评价构成要素的基础上，通过运用数据挖掘技术，对学生在线学习过程中相关的记录数据进行分析和采集，提出了适合网络教学的学生学习能力评价模型，据此对学生的学习能力进行评价，并结合实际教学提供个性化的学习指导。
