| 摘 要： | 采用全生命周期评价（LCA）、The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Project Accounting和The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Corporate Accounting三种测算方法对信息与通信技术（ICT）产品的二氧化碳减排能力进行评估。在测算了14种典型ICT产品后，创造了低碳一经济发展（LC—E）矩阵，并将ICT产品分为明星产品、环卫工人产品、现金取款机产品和问号产品四类，根据不同种类的特点给出了不同产品的发展建议。
