中国典型低碳通信产品二氧化碳减排量评估及分类研究

摘    要:采用全生命周期评价(LCA)、The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Project Accounting和The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Corporate Accounting三种测算方法对信息与通信技术(ICT)产品的二氧化碳减排能力进行评估。在测算了14种典型ICT产品后,创造了低碳一经济发展(LC—E)矩阵,并将ICT产品分为明星产品、环卫工人产品、现金取款机产品和问号产品四类,根据不同种类的特点给出了不同产品的发展建议。
