| 摘 要： | 网络技术逐渐融入教育领域，教师与教学都面临着巨大挑战。根据网络教育传播学理论，指出大学英语网络教学模式能够在传授外语知识的同时，同时较好地解决学生的个性化要求。因材施教，因需而学，有利于激发学生的学习积极性．培养学生的自主学习能力，从而达到理想的学习效果。
