| Abstract: | Zheng Xuan first proposed the exegetical principles of "inferencing meanings from sounds" and the exegetical practice of widely applying acoustic exegetics to traces the origin of a word,which have a deep effect on the history of exegesis and etymology.His achievements of acoustic exegetics also are the best in hermeneutic area. |
