| 摘 要： | 生态文明建设是一个立体的问题，包括价值、制度与实践三个维度。贯穿这三个维度的核心内容是人与自然的和谐关系。具体来说，生态文明建设的价值维度能为我们理解人与自然的真实关系提供价值与理念导向；生态文明建设的制度维度能以规范人与人之间利益关系的方式，为我们处理人与自然和谐关系提供行为准则：生态文明建设的实践维度能为我们实现人与自然和谐相处找到依靠力量，提供目标指向。

| Abstract: | Ecological civilization construction is a perspective view of the problem. It includes the three dimensions of value, system and practice. The value dimension of ecological civilization construction can provide the value and concept-oriented to help us understand the true relationship between man and nature. The institutional dimension of ecological civilization construction can provide the behavior guidelines to help us deal with the relationship between man and nature. The practical dimension of ecological civilization construction can provide the force to rely on and target to help us achieve harmony with nature. |
