廉耻建构与文化本体

在中国传统文化中,廉耻观是中国文化中具有本体意义的价值观念,先秦诸子给予了极大的重视,从而奠定了中国伦理文化的核心观念,而荣辱观与礼义观则是外化的形式。中国文化本是一种世俗文化,廉耻则是其中的本体价值,它是道德之底线、人伦之基础,因而,历代文化建设与廉耻建构互为表里。当代中国文化的建构也必须重铸廉耻观念,但应当在民主与法制的基础之上进行。

Construction of the Sense of Honor and Shame and Cultural Noumenon

In the traditional Chinese culture,the sense of honor and shame is a noumenon value,to which the philosophers in Xian Qin(dynasties before the Qin) attached great importance,and made it a core concept of Chinese ethics,the sense of honor and disgrace and the sense of courtesy and justice are its exterior form.Chinese culture is that of common customs,the sense of honor and shame being its noumenon value,moral and ethical basis.Therefore,the ancient cultural construction and the sense of honor and shame function mutually.The contemporary Chinese cultural construction should also reconstruct the sense of honor and shame based on the democracy and legislation.
