| 摘 要： | 马克思“美的规律”范畴的提出有着深厚的西方现代美学背景。西方现代美学认为美不再是纯客观的实体存在，而是包含着主体的关系存在。马克思提出的生产规律之一的“美的规律”也必然不再仅仅是美的事物的规律，而是包含着主体情感的审美规律。

| Abstract: | The category of the law of beauty put forward by Marx has deep modern aesthetic background. Modern aesthetic thinks the beauty is not the existence of pure object,but the existence of relation containing subject. As one of the productive law put forward by Marx,the law of beauty is inevitably not merely the law of he beautiful thing,but the aesthetic law containing the subjective emotion. |
