| 摘 要： | 通过对供应链企业柔性管理的必要性和可能性进行论述,提出了供应链企业柔性管理模式的建立应“以人为本”、改变组织结构、以规范管理为基础、更新管理手段、广泛应用信息技术;同时论述了在供应链企业中应用柔性管理,可以大大提高企业管理水平,促进企业的理论创新和制度创新。

| Abstract: | Based on the necessity and possibility of the flexible management in the supply chain enterprises, the paper suggests the establishment of the flexible management should change the structure of organization on the premise of taking man as the foundation, renew management and apply the information technology widely on the basis of regular management. At the same time, the paper discusses the application of flexible management in the supply chain enterprises can develop the management level of enterprises and promote the innovation of the theory and the system. |
