| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类改造社会所取得的所有积极政治成果和与社会生产力发展需要相适应的人类政治生活的进步状态。社会主义政治文明是人类历史上的一种新型政治文明 ,其核心是高度的社会主义民主政治 ,其基本特征是党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一。社会主义政治文明建设的重点是民主制度建设和民主意识的培养 ,建设社会主义政治文明具有十分重大的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Political civilization means the positive results of the human accomplishment in transforming society and the progress of human political life that adapting the improvement of productive forces . The socialistic political civilization is the new type political civilization in mankind's history, with the advanced socialistic democratic politics as its core and the organic unity among the party's leadership, people's sovereignty and lawful ruling as its fundamental character. With the democratic system construction and democratic idea cultivation as the emphasis of socialistic political civilization construction, socialistic political civilization construction has its significant theoretic and practical significance. |
