| 摘 要： | 资本市场的投资性开放是指资金在国内与国际资本市场之间的自由流动。资本市场的开放为外资进入中国证券市场提供了非常好的外部条件。QFII、中外合作基金、境内上市公司到国外市场上市等政策措施的开展,对中国证券市场资金供给将产生深远影响。
