| 摘 要： | 中国绝大多数风险投资及其机构来源的“国有”性质,使其难以发挥原有的克服信息不对称、逆向选择的优点,导致大多数需要并具备资格申请风险投资的高科技企业难以真正得到风险投资。要为高科技企业提供融资支持,需要改革风险投资的政府介入模式,为民营企业风险投资的发展创造条件。

| Abstract: | Most of the venture capital was state-owned in China,which makes the venture capital lost its advantage on eliminating the asymmetric information and adverse-selection and leads to the middle and small enterprises can not acquire the venture capital.To support the middle and small enterprises in finance,we should reform the model of government's intervention and support the non-governmental venture capital's development. |
