| 摘 要： | 刘少奇同志是我们党著名的政治家和理论家，在反腐败斗争的实践中，形成其富有特色的反腐败科学理论，如认识反腐斗争的历史必然性、重要性和艰巨性，分析腐败现象产生的社会根源，探索反腐败的有效途径和措施，如加强党性锻炼，重视反腐的思想教育，加强对领导干部的监督，严厉打击惩治腐败等。刘少奇同志的反腐败斗争科学理论，对当前的反腐斗争有着重要的指导、启迪意义和借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Comrade Liu Shao-qi is the famous politician and theorist of CCP. In the practice of the fight against corruption, he created the distinctive theory of anti-corruption struggle, such as understanding the historical inevitability, importance and arduous of anti-corruption, analyzing the phenomenon of social root that caused corruption. Also, he explored the effective ways and measures of anti-corruption, such as how to strengthen the party spirit, the ideological education, the education of the leading cadres and how to punish those who corrupted. Liu Shao-qi''s scientific theory of anti-corruption plays an important role in guidance, enlightenment and reference of the present anti-corruption struggle. |
