我国农业科技成果转化的制约因素和对策研究

农业科研体制不顺、科技成果转化动力不足、农业科技成果自身特性的制约、农民对科技成果需求不足和农技推广体系功能弱化是制约农业科技成果转化的主要因素。为了提高农业科技成果转化率和科技贡献率，必须充分发挥政府的引导作用，优化农业科研体制，提高农民需求和强化农技推广体系，构建农业科研、教育、推广“三位一体”的新型农业科技体系。

Study on Restraint Factors and Strategies of Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Transformation

Many factors restrict agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation, such as the unsmoothness of the system of agricultural scientific research, the impetus of scientific and technological achievements shortage,its own constraints of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, the insufficiency of the needs of farmers for agricultural scientific and technological achievements, the weakening of functions of agricultural science and the system of agro-technical popularization and so on. In order to improve the transformable and contributive efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,it is urgent to strengthen government guide, optimize the structure of agricultural scientific research, enhance the demand of farmers and intensify the systems of agro-technical popularization. Moreover, “New Trinity” agricultural technology system of agricultural research, education and popularization should be constructed.
