| 摘 要： | 九一八事变后,内蒙古东部行政建制发生巨大演变。兴安省的设立确定了日本在内蒙古东部地区的殖民统治体系;之后＂满洲国＂政府的治蒙机构进行了两次大的改革：一是设立了直属于国务总理大臣的兴安局,二是设立兴安总省。＂兴安局＂和＂兴安省＂随＂满洲国＂的建立而产生,＂满洲国＂的灭亡而结束。

| Abstract: | After the ＂September 18 Incident＂,the administrative system in eastern Inner Mongolia changed greatly.The setting of Hung Yen Province established the colonial rule system of Japan in eastern Inner Mongolia and the governing Mongolia institution of ＂Manchukuo＂ government carried out two reforms later： first,the Larix Board which was directly under the Prime Minister Minister was set up;second,the Total Provincial Larix was established.The ＂Hung Yen Province＂ and ＂Larix Board＂ were set up with the establishment of ＂Manchukuo＂,and ended with the death of ＂Manchukuo＂. |
