| Abstract: | Dispute caused by rural land contract affect broad area and strong policy and its manifestation is various.If the dispute cannot be solved promptly and properly,it will seriously influenced stable harmonious social order.We should analyze its concrete manifestation,find its original reason,study its prevention countermeasure.Based on this,in view of existent questions,a perfect wag is sought. |
