我国报业经营改革的制度变迁分析

制度问题对于任何一个社会系统而言都是最重要和最根本的问题之一。改革开放以来,我国报业经营改革的制度变迁经历了恢复广告、自办发行、增张扩版、兼办都市报、组建报业集团、国内报业资本运营等六个阶段。与政府主导的国企改革略有不同,我国报业经营制度的变迁过程体现了以诱致性变迁为主、政府主导性变迁为辅的渐进性变革特性。由于初始条件和改革成本的制约,今后我国报业经营制度的变迁方式仍将选择渐进式道路。

Analysis on the system changing of the journalism management and reform in our country

The system question is one of the most important and most basic questions for any social system.Since reform and opening-up of our country the system changing of the journalism management went through six stages:resuming advertisement,issuing by oneself,increasing piece and expanding edition,running city newspaper concurrently,capital operation of domestic journalism,etc..Slightly difference with the state-owned enterprise reforms leaded by governments,the changing course of the management system of journalism of our country has reflected the characteristics of taking leading changes as the core and regarding the changes under government's guidance as supplement.Because of the restriction of the initial condition and reform cost,will choose the progressive road in journalism management system changings way of our country in future.
