| 摘 要： | 在讨论历史街区保护的沿革和意义,阐述公众参与历史街区保护的国内现况基础上,提出了对 公众参与历史街区保护工作的基本构想。主要从法制、参与机构、重新定位专业人员角色、普及保护知识、 吸收社会资金投入保护等几个方面作了较详细的探讨。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the history, evolution and significance of the historical street blocks preservation. It also presents the current situation of public participation in the preservation. The paper finally puts forward some suggestions and strategies on how to protect and attraet public participation in the preservation, such as, enforcement of relevant legal rules, reorientation of the roles of the professionals. popularization of the preservation knowledge, and absorbing free capital. |
