从战略出发的绩效测评体系--外部指标的选取与测量

摘    要:普通的绩效测评体系往往只偏重一点,不够全面,从战略出发的绩效测评才能全面透彻地评价一个企业。按照卡普兰和诺顿的平衡计分卡思想,企业外部程度、内部程序、创新与学习和财务结果这4类选择指标能够覆盖整个企业各个方面的绩效评估。本文详细介绍了企业外部指标的选取与测量。

Abstract:The common performance testing and evaluation system usually focuses on one point, not the whole part. Only the performance testing and evaluation system from the standpoint of strategy can deep evaluate an enterprise in an all-around way. According to the Balance scorecard thoughts of Kaplan and Norton, four types of choice indexes, including the outside part of enterprise, the inner procedure, innovation and study and the financial results, can cover the performance testing and evaluation system of every aspect of the whole enterprises. This paper introduces the choice and testing of outer indexes in a detailed way.results cover the whole enterprise assess by performances of various fields by these four kinds of choice indexes. This text has recommended outside index of the enterprise to be chosen in detail and measurement.
