| Abstract: | Adult higher Education should be oriented at the reforming of personnel market.We should bear in mind that education is not only a public service,but also serves as a special service industry.We should be active in absorbing and making full use of the advanced international education resources,and adopt the standards of international tecahing evaluation,thus make Adults' Higher Dducation a center and target of our study-oriented society. |
