| Abstract: | Organizational citizenship behavior is a kind of employees' voluntary behavior good for an organization, which can maintain and improve the social and mental environment in an organization. Since intellectual employees are functioning as a core strength for development and growth of modem enterprises, it will be of great significance to inspire their organizational citizenship behavior. |
