摘    要:组织公民行为是一种对组织有利的员工自发行为.能够对组织的社会和心理环境提供维持和增强作用。而知识型员工是现代企业发展壮大的核心力量,从知识型员工的特点出发激发他们的组织公民行为意义重大。

Abstract:Organizational citizenship behavior is a kind of employees' voluntary behavior good for an organization, which can maintain and improve the social and mental environment in an organization. Since intellectual employees are functioning as a core strength for development and growth of modem enterprises, it will be of great significance to inspire their organizational citizenship behavior.
