略论信息时代高校图书馆"学科馆员制度"的建设

在我国各高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度是一项十分必要和紧迫的任务。学科馆员应承担起信息资源的组织、传播、利用、导航等职能。各高校图书馆都应采取确立学科馆员制度、引起竞争机制、普遍提高与重点培养相结合、学历教育与非学历教育相结合、聘用兼职学科馆员等措施，尽快建设起学科馆员制度。

It is an essential and urgent task to establish the subject librarian system in every library of China. Subject librarians should shoulder the responsibilities of organizing, spreading, utilizing and providing guidance for using information. The subject librarian system should be established as soon as possible by taking such measures as accepting this system, introducing competition mechanism, combining general improvement with major development, joining in - school education and out - of - school education, and employing part-time subject librarians.
