| 摘 要： | 全面推进素质教育成为我国新世纪教育发展的主旋律,如何从应试教育向素质教育转变、保证素质教育的发展方向,关键在于教育者的素质。体育教师是完成体育与健康课程目标的具体执行者和组织者,是推进素质教育,贯彻健康第一指导思想的关键因素。高校体育教师必须具有这样的素质:全新的教育观念,合格的政治思想素质,全面扎实的业务能力,良好的身心素质,广博的人文科学知识,优化教学监控的能力。

| Abstract: | The article researched current 21st century college and university PE teachers by using the ways of Investigation Methods and Data Re-processing Method,and expounded the quality characteristics of PE teachers from the points of brand-new teaching views,qualified political consciousness,stong and all-rounded professional capability,mentally and physicall health,wide-ranged knowledge and the ability to optimize teaching control. |
