| 摘 要： | 互联网像一把双刃剑,对政治文化有双重影响。它将有利于弘扬和贯彻民主政治的价值原则,开拓了政治文化建设的新渠道;但它对主流政治文化的传播造成了强大冲击,淡化了人们的政治观念。这就增加了政治文化建设的复杂性、艰巨性。目前的对策是:推进政治民主化,改造优化网络语境,拓展网上思想政治教育的空间,用先进文化占领网络阵地。

| Abstract: | Internet has dual influence on political culture: on the one hand, it benefits the implementation of the principle of value in terms of democratic politics, so that it opens up a new way for the construction of political culture. On the other hand, it impacts gravely the spread of the main-stream political culture, and makes it more difficult to construct the main-stream political culture, and it weakens the people's ploitical conception. The present countermeasures: accelerate the progress of political democratization; transform the environment of the Internet; expand the ideological and political education's positition in the Internet; use the advanced culture to occupy network. |
