| Abstract: | Starting from the understanding of the"July First Address"and"the Three Represent's", this paper analyzes the problems of institutions of higher learning (IHLs) in students' ideological and political education, expounds the guidance of the Three Rrepresent's to the ideological and political education in the IHLs, discusses how to improve the qualities of the ideological staff, and put forwards some new trains of thought for the ideological and political education. |
