| 摘 要： | 总结古今中外法律有关拾得遗失物报酬请求权的规定,谈我国《物权法》未规定拾得遗失物报酬请求权的缺憾。指出只有规定拾得遗失物报酬请求权,才符合世界潮流,有利于物权的保护,有利于弘扬民法的私法精神。
