| 摘 要： | 农村妇女参与村民自治的现状不容乐观。传统的“男主外 ,女主内”的封建思想的影响 ,选举程序的不规范和选举的不公正 ,农村宗族势力的存在 ,是影响农村妇女参与村民自治的主客观原因。因此 ,在观念上对妇女进行引导 ,在政策上实行倾斜 ,在法律程序上规范选举和做好培养选拔女干部的工作是促进妇女参与村民自治的重要措施。

| Abstract: | The current status of rural women taking part in villagers' self-government is not satisfied. There are some reasons influencing the women to take part in the villagers' self-government, such as the influence of traditional feudal idea, the lack of regular procedures for selection and the existence of the clan discrimination in the countryside. Therefore, guiding the women to change the idea with advanced policies, establishing regular selecting law and selecting women cadres are essential to promote the rural women taking part in villagers' self-government. |
