大学英语教师专业化发展的内在影响因素研究

摘    要:教师专业化发展要求大学英语教师自身的心理品格、教育水平、知识结构等方面同步提高.从实际教学的角度分析,大学英语教师专业化发展的内在影响因素包括教师对职业和学生的热爱、如何保持继续学习的动力、怎样做反思型实践者等方面.提高大学英语教师的专业素质需要我们不断研究、分析影响大学英语教师发展的内在因素.
