摘    要:员工作为企业人力资本产权主体,应享有使用、投资、收益等权利.然而,我国企业在发展过程中,受到特定的社会、经济、制度等因素影响,造成企业人力资本产权主体地位不平等,以及与此紧密相关的产权不明晰、权益缺失等问题.因此,必须建立和完善有关企业人力资本产权的制度,明确劳动者人力资本产权主体地位.并着力完善人力资本产权市场,以消除人力资本产权问题对员工激励以及企业发展造成的障碍.
